The Most Inspiring Book I Have Ever Read !

Do you want to be successful in your life?
.
.
Are you tired of waiting for success?
.
Do not bother yourself and start reading Outliers!
.
This book inspired me and changed me a lot.
.
Outliers is not a story of success; it is a new way of thinking about success.
.
The key points of this book are:
.
1- hard working is not every thing
Not only hard working lead to success, but also luck plays huge role in success.
Malcolm Gladwell, the author of the book, pointed out in his book that successful people are often lucky to be in the right place at the right time, and he used Canadian hockey players who were all born in the same months of their birth year to support his idea.

2- 10,000 hours rule:
10,000 hours of working on a skill is what it takes you to be a master. The author mentioned that musical geniuses such as Mozart, and Chess grandmasters, both achieved their success after about 10 years and about 10,000 hours. Also he used Bill Joy, Co-founder of Sun Microsystems Java, who had the opportunity to practice his skill for 10,000 hours to proof his idea.

3- Intelligence alone won't lead to success
Gladwell talked about intelligent people who may or may not have been successful due to a number of different conditions. He explained why Chris Langan is not a successful person even though he is the smartest man in America with highest IQ score in the world.
